Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BNVL Billing ("BNVL Billing," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of bnvlbilling.com and our automated Google Firebase/Google Cloud billing-alert service (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a Google account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BNVL Billing lets you connect one or more Google Cloud or Firebase projects and configure automated email alerts that notify designated recipients when billing usage or credit consumption approaches or exceeds a threshold you define. The Service is provided as an operational convenience only. You remain solely responsible for monitoring, managing, and controlling your own Google Cloud/Firebase billing, budgets, and payment methods. BNVL Billing does not modify your billing configuration, budgets, payment instruments, or project settings, and does not guarantee that any alert will be delivered in time to prevent charges, service suspension, or overage.

To use certain features, you must authorize the Service to access designated Google data through Google's OAuth authorization process, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect the Google account(s) and project(s) you authorize, including any required organizational approval if you are connecting a company or employer's project. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account security settings; doing so will disable the features that depend on that access.

Your use of Google services accessed through the Service remains subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies. BNVL Billing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, and "Google," "Firebase," and "Google Cloud" are trademarks of Google LLC used here for identification purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or connected Google data beyond what you are authorized to access;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through excessive automated requests;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to process data on behalf of a third party without authorization; or
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any Google Cloud/Firebase project you connect.

Certain features of the Service may be offered free of charge, while others may require a paid subscription. Where fees apply, the applicable pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be disclosed to you before you incur any charge. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing prospectively with reasonable advance notice.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data and any third-party data accessed through Google APIs), is owned by BNVL Billing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS WILL BE TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUFFICIENT TO PREVENT ANY BILLING OVERAGE, SERVICE SUSPENSION, OR FINANCIAL LOSS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BNVL BILLING AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY GOOGLE CLOUD OR FIREBASE CHARGES INCURRED DUE TO A DELAYED, MISSED, OR INACCURATE ALERT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BNVL Billing from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any unauthorized connection of a Google Cloud/Firebase project you do not have the right to connect.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–9 and 11) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert governing State — e.g., Texas], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Insert county/state], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
